Teaching

The same commitment to inquiry and creating new ideas that drives my scholarly research also inspires my teaching. From the start of my studies in my PhD program at Florida Atlantic University, I have taught both the undergraduate Entrepreneurship course and the undergraduate cap stone course of Global Policy and Strategy. In both of these courses, I have attempted to relate the material of the course to students in a way that is practical in terms of how the material would be relevant to the students outside of the university. My pedagogical strategies that integrate my research expertise into the classroom through hands-on and practical activities lead to true student involvement that allow them to remember the lessons well after they have left the university.
